Each insert has a line on the top left-hand side of the page for the date. On the top right-hand side of the page, you can select the day of the week; each day of the week is represented by the first letter of its name.
The right-hand side of the page displays a priority section with 7 lined bullet points, a call/email section with 5 lined bullet points, and a note section, with blank box to fill in as you wish.
The remained of the page contains a section to plan your Lunch and Dinner, followed by step and water trackers.
