The weekly Insert is view vertically, with two columns on a single page. The week is laid out on the left-hand side of the page, with 4 points per day. Starting the week on Sunday. Sitting opposite the day of the week, a blank line allows you to enter the date for each day.
The right-hand side starts with a ‘Next Week’ section which has 5 lined bulled points. Followed by a to do list with 9 lined bulled points and ending with a blank ‘Notes’ box.
